Gully Boy is Indian Hindi-language musical drama film written and directed by Zoya Akhtar. It stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. It is being co-produced by Zoya Akhtar's Tiger Baby and Excel Entertainment productions.The film is based on the life of Divine (rapper) & Naezy, an underground rapper from Mumbai.
